Testing process:
Product performance testing
Plastic components are tested for migration and biofilm according to KTW and W270 standards, while metal materials are inspected for the release of metals such as lead and nickel. Conduct pressure resistance, sealing, fatigue resistance, and life testing according to DIN/EN standards to evaluate the consistency between the quality management system and production (usually referring to ISO 9001). Conduct a factory audit every two years
